Well Hello There!!

Yes, I am still alive! Work has been great, I took on yet another job there. I am now a CNA, Fill in Receptionist and also The Senior Housing Manager Assistant. So I have a little bit more responsiblity. But its fun! Today is my Granny's 4th hip surgery in less than a year. So mom and I are getting ready to head to Spokane here in a little bit.

Monday Terri and I started Water Aerobics through Gritman. Its at the old Latah Health Care Center in Moscow. We LOVE it, I pay for it the next morning but then I know I am working my muscles!!! I always thought that it was for the older people but I guess I have to fess up and realize I am getting older and there are people younger than I am going to it!

On a Creative note, I haven't done much in my craft studio. But I have been taking more classes at Paper Pals. Its so much fun being the student!! :) hehehe.

As I was looking at some blogs, I thought well I better look and mine, and boy was I in shock when I realized I hadn't updated it since febuary!! Well for those who don't know, I did pass my CNA and now have the card to prove it!!! I spend most of my time working and then some weekends I have been going up to Athol. Enjoying every minute of that, can't wait till summer and then go up and go fishing!! Well I will hopefully keep this updated more often!!! Can't promise it though!!!

Hello to all my fellow Bloggers and friends, I wanted to blog so you didn't think I was dead or ran away.... Not getting rid of me that easy. hahahahaha!!!

Ok, since last blog, my life has been busy!! I started my CNA class at Good Sams on December 12th so been busy going to that. Along with working normal shifts at Good Sam and then the Post Office as well. But after Febuary 1st, I am no longer working at the Post Office. I can pick up more hours at Good Sams and eventually get benefits I hope!! Which in this time of my life I need most of all.... I am turning 30 this year after all. hahaha.

Granny is doing well, Shes been home and only gone out of the house to go to my cousin Derek's wedding on December 27th, 2008. We all had Christmas at her house and had a blast. All about 30 of us. But she leaves friday Jan 16th to go up to the nursing home in Spokane till her surgery on the 29th and then will also have to stay up there a few weeks after that. But she will be better and have a new hip as well!!! Yeah!!!!

Alright, I will have christmas and wedding photos up soon I promise!!!!!

She's Home!!!

Well... Sunday my parents went to Spokane and brought my grandmother home!! Even though it will be trying and tough at times during these next two months. Due to that she still has no hip and won't till January 29th, when she goes back in for surgery. But I am so glad she is home for the holidays!! We are all taking turns staying nights with her and checking in on her during the day. She will have therapy, as Gritman will come in for that twice a week. My Aunt is coming this weekend and we are going to put up christmas around Granny's house!

I have been Working quite a few days at Good Samaritan lately, and on December 12th, I start the CNA class, so please say a prayer for me, as I take on this new journey!! As I call it. I never dreamed I would be doing this line of work. But I am enjoying, would be better if I was working day shift I think, due to I kind of like my evenings and nights with the family!

Terri started selling Scentsy, so if anyone wants to know more about it or wants to book a party or ANYTHING, let us know!! :) She is going to have a launch party here soon, so if your interested in this product, let us know. We would love to tell you all about it! :)

Fun Weekend!

This weekend was nice and relaxing. Its so nice to have one of those once in awhile! Yesterday after work I went and taught my technique class at Paper Pals and had a blast like usual!! Love that place!!! :) And then met up with Denise and her sister Clarissa and went to The Artisan Barn in Uniontown, WA. Then came home and had a wonderful night sleep!! Today I went and had Lunch with Terri at Smoky Moutian Pizzeria in the mall. Awesome food!!! Then we decided to go for a drive and take some nice fall photos. We also went to the U of I Arberitum as well! Beautiful there!!! Here is a collage of my weekend fun!!

I am the type of person that trys to help people before caring or helping myself. What I say and do for people don't intend to hurt or make others feel worse if they are feeling bad. I have been though alot in my life and many things I say every day to get me through life. One of them is "This too shall Pass" To me being a christian and going through tough times, I take this quote to heart. It's something my grandmother has said to me in the almost 30 years of my life. Some people I know go though alot worse that I have and will ever go through, but my intentions in life are to help others and me saying the things I do, thats what I am trying to do. Not to harm them or make them feel worse about the situation. I have been told I am a good friend and want to be for all my friends. I don't want to be a bad friend, but to help in the way some people want I need to know how I can help. So if I ever say something wrong or out of line, I am sorry. My heart and help is really and truly there. At this time, everyone is going through lots of different problems but the only way to get through is to help each other in the best way we know how. If its something that we do or say, its the way we feel we are helping each other out. I love everyone in my life and they are forever in my heart now and forever. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't wonder how my friends and family are doing in there life and how is it possible to make their life better, while mine may be going down hill, I know others in my life are doing well. Thats how I have always been and always will be in my life.

To update everyone on my grandmother.... Well things didn't go as expected. She went in for surgery on thursday October 9th. And when the doctor came out, we already knew part of the bad news. They opened her hip up and it was full of infection. So what they ended up doing is taking the whole hip out and cleaning everything out and putting 16 antibiotic beads and a rod of Antibiotic down her femer bone. So right now she does not have a left hip at all and no control over her whole left leg. So this now reqires 6 weeks of IV antibiotic every eight hours. So my grandmother is up in Spokane at Royal Park Care Center where my Aunt Starla is a DNS at this nursing home. So she will be there for 6 weeks and is going through some really rough Therapy and when I saw her yesterday she was tired and I could tell it in her eyes. She was even too tired to get her hair done yesterday. She will then have a new hip put in her left side in 3 to 4 months from now. So I thought I would update you all.

Hello to all, sorry for not writing for a bit. I started another new job! I am now working at Good Samaritain Village in Moscow in the Assisted Living department. I am mostly working the night shift. But lately have been training on all shifts so I can fill in if needed on those as well. I am enjoying it so far. I am sorry if I have been lacking on the being a friend and communicating with you all thing. My internal clock is on overload!! I am also still working for the Post Office as well. And teaching classes at Paper Pals as well.
Granny is going to be having a hip replacement on October 9th, 2008 in Spokane, WA. So we are preparing for that. She is still at the nursing home (Good Sam's) here in moscow. She has a brace on that goes around her waist and down her leg to keep that hip in place. So please say a extra prayer for her if you have an extra one to spare!
I sure hope everyone had a good summer and if I have not been the "friend" I was or need to be please be paitent with me. I am hoping that soon I will be able to go up to Athol to visit Ben's family up there. I really need to badly!! If you guys are reading this let me know when its a good time for you! Love you all!!!

A little Update!

Hello to all! I thought I would update you all with some good news! There seems to be a man in my life!! A different one than the one I talked about before. He doesn't live around here but we talk all the time. We will see what happens. For me after 3 years this is a good thing. I know I am still in the beginning stages of any type of relationship. But to feel like this is a new thing for me after this long. And I didn't meet him on the internet either!! Which isn't a bad thing either, Right Niece!! :) So anyway.... More on that later.... So if you see me smiling you know things are going well with M and I!!

Granny is still at Good Samaritan villiage and will be there untill at least the 18th this month when she has a dr's appointment to see what to do next. So its a sit and wait game now.

Cleaning!!

So I come home after working monday and part of tuesday at Paper Pals. And I haven't stayed a night here at home for about 2 weeks! Well anyway, I come home and for some reason, I don't know why. But have this burst of cleaning energy!! I have been cleaning my bedroom/stamp area most of the day. And I am not done yet!!! It should be (I hope) all done by the beginning of next week. I want to be able to sit at my studio table and actally work on some projects I have in my head!! And class stuff. I just don't get inspired to do it when I look and things are piled on my table! Thats what I get for just putting stuff on the table for now untill I can get to it later! It just keeps piling up. So I am thinking of investing in some more storage drawers for paper and things. And my goal is to be able to have my cricut sitting out so I can use it when ever I need or want to!!! Got it get some use out of it right?? If anyone has any storage ideas for things PLEASE let me know!! My biggest thing right now is punches, ribbon, paper and of course everything else!!! hahaha.

I am however finding a few things I have been looking for!!!!!!!!

Good and Bad Week...

Hello to all, A little update on my grandmother. We were all set to go home last monday when the doctor came in the first time. He still hadn't heard back from the Orthopedic yet so we sat and waited a bit more at the Hospital. Then he came back in about 10 minutes and he had talked to the other doctor. And my grandmother got bad news. She would have to be in a wheelchair or in bed and not move her left hip for 6 WEEKS! So we sat and discussed it and due to all the restrictions they wanted her to do, we felt it would be better for her to stay at a nursing home for the 6 weeks. So we wanted to wait till Good Sam's had an opening but we waited as long as we could. So on thursday of last week, we moved her to Aspen (which she nor I were happy about!) And today she is being moved to Good Sams for the remander of her stay. Terri works there so she can see her and I will be in and out all the time visiting her. I stayed with Terri all of last week and came home for a night or two yesterday. Her landlord asked Terri if I was moving in and she said it wouldn't be much more if I did. Sooo... After discussing it with Terri and my parents. I am going to divide the time up and pay the extra and stay over there part of the week. Since I have been working at paper pals quite a bit lately it would just help out with gas and so on. So hopefully it will all work out with Terri and I. I won't be there as often as she will but just a few nights a week. Or if she says Janie go home to mom and dads!! So for a few weeks at least I will have 2 homes! :) hahaha
Today marks 3 years ago that I lost Ben. But this year it seems a bit different for me. I was VERY emotional and had a few breakdowns last week. I told Ben in my prayers shortly after he passed away that when you think I am ready to move on, please show me a sign and I will know. Well.... I met someone, we are just talking (well when he will call me!). He has my number and I think its so cute, he goes to call me and chickens out and gets nervous to call!! But we sat for 3 hours last week at Terris and there wasn't a moment of silence. So maybe this week I WILL hear from him or see him. He's a cutie too!! So Terri.... Get on that!! :) I went over to get my families mail today and the minute I walked in my Boss asked me how many years has it been since Ben died. BEFORE I said a word. I said today marks 3 years why? And she said, well your going to freak out when I tell you, And she said well, when I came to work this morning there was a dragonfly sitting the railing by the back door here. So he is up to his tricks again. So when you see a dragonfly smile, I know I do!!!!!!

Please say a Prayer

Please say a prayer if you do, for my grandmother. I was staying with my sister last night and we got a call at about midnight that she had been taken to the Emergency room, so we loaded up in PJ's and all and headed over to the Hospital. We finally found out at about 2am that she dislocated her left hip and would have to be put under and the doctor on call would put it back in. So Terri and I went home for a bit of Rest and were back up and at the Hospital at 7am. We waited till about 11am till the doctor came in and said they are calling in a Orthopedic to look at it and see what they want to do. She has had 2 masses on her thigh for a bit but they think that it was holding her hip in, and in those masses is fluid from her hip joint along with debree from her hip. She isn't having too much pain right now just resting alot. I spent untill about 7pm tonight and will go back in the a.m. I am staying with Terri again tonight. So please if you have an extra prayer please say it for her as we go through this.

Am I???

I have to ask, Am I a really easy person to Mess with? Am I hard to get along with. Last time i checked I thought I got along with everyone and was nice to anyone I come in contact with. But maybe I am wrong?? To me hate and dislike are very strong words that I don't use and don't take lightly. I rarely say I hate or dislike someone, if so you must of done some bad to me or someone close to me. Please tell me that you don't like me if you don't. And Please don't be nice to me when you think you need to be or when someone you are trying to impress is around or is friends with me. I am a nice enough person that when you tell me you don't like me I will walk away and in time I will be ok. I feel recently proved to me that they want me to believe in my mind that I am liked by them and their friend. I try my hardest with everyone I meet to be the truest friend I can be. Then BAM, it hits me that mabe this person really doesn't like me and is trying to get someone else to think they do. I have recently become upset and very hurt over this among other things in everyday life. I am sorry to be writing this but for me its the way I can express my feelings truly. Please if you feel I am a threat to you or I have done something wrong or something you haven't liked, please tell me and don't sugar coat it, In my own ways I am strong and can deal with it in time. Or if you plain just don't like me... Tell me. I will be upset and hurt at first but in time I will be ok. I am trying to become a Stronger Woman!!!

Alright.... So finally I had some fantastic news!!! As many of you know I have been taking some PSP (Paint Shop Pro) Classes on making graphics and so on. Well I even dabbled in a bit of digital scrapbooking while doing this. Soooo.... Out of the blue today I get this email today from a Moderator in a Yahoo group I am in. They asked me to be a Moderator and take on some students. I am excited about this!! So I now have my own "students". What they will do is I will send them a lesson they will do the lesson and send it in to me to approve, then on to the next. I will be there for questions or for any help they need!! Just when I was wondering when will I get to use my graphic making knowledge. Now I get to!!!

Sooo.... Life for me lately has been busy. Potlatch had their Jr. Miss on April 26th and so that has calmed down in my life for a bit now. I am working a few more hours at Paper Pals the month of May. And a few hours at the Post Office as well!!! Tonight I attended a Class you could call it on Ebay and how the Post Office works with it. I have bought and sold on ebay but it was good to get a refresher course on it and learn a few more things!!

If you are reading this Mom 2, I won't be able to come up and see you guys this month as I am working at Paper Pals on Sundays. Can we make a date in June for me to come see you????? Love and Miss you both!! Give Maddie loves as well.

Also, my Godson Galileo is turning 2 on saturday. Where does the time go. And if anyone has any ideas on what to get a 2 year old please send them my way!!

Happy Birthday Sweetie!

The 19th of April is the Birthday of my dearest Benjamin. He would have been 29 years old. Oh how I miss him so much, each and every day. Some will try and tell me that it will get better and easier. Well some days I want to punch them, cause we all have our days… Right?? Usually around this time I go into a Depression. I try not to show it, but its there lurking in the body, soul and mind of mine. I treat it like any other day but sometimes, I just don’t want to get out of bed, but I do knowing I have to do it and go on. He was my world, I would of done anything and everything for that man. He knew it too. We had many happy memories. Many hours of Fishing, Playing Pool, Playing Chess and Checkers (even a game of chess that lasted 3 hours!!) We had many fun trips up to Schweitzer Mountain and drank coffee and sat and watched everyone ski and enjoyed the moment. And many trips to Sandpoint just to walk around town hand in hand. He wasn’t a man to be disgusted to walk anywhere holding my hand or have his arm around me. I haven’t ever had that before or since. I cherish all those moments I had with him and always will. He will never not be a part of my life. I still keep in contact with all his family and Love them all with ALL my heart. LOVE YOU GUYS!!! At this time of Year I will cry at the drop of a hat! So if you see me having a moment. Give me a second, because I may need it.

Again, Happy Birthday Sweetie, forever will you be in my heart. I love you and always will!

Ranting.... And an Update!

I swear sometimes I wonder why I try! I am the type of person who will help anyone I can, in any possible way I can. Why is it when I can't help or am unable to figure out how to help someone. They decide to treat me like crap??? Am I that bad of a person??? Really am I? This week has been full! Next week is our Jr. Miss program here in Potlatch and of course for being on the committee is busy but I am also a Beck N' Call mom. This gives me a chance to play the "mom" role a little bit since I don't have kids of my own. I have worked every day this week at the Post Office since Tuesday due to come to find out my boss discovered this morning she has Shingles. So the doctor has housebound her till at least next tuesday. On a good note I have my techniques class on Sunday and have one more person that last month and everyone who signed up last month is doing it again!! So that is a little hope for me right? Next week will even be more stressfull for me, as with Jr. Miss on saturday, that means practice every night, plus dress rehersal on thursday and friday, the the show on Saturday!
I have now lost at total of 15.2 pounds with weight watchers. So that gives me a little happiness. I got back on monday night from house sitting for two weeks. And I am home for a bit then do it again for the same people starting May 2nd, for another 2 weeks. They have a really nice home and nice animals as well. (Only 2 horses, 1 dog, and 5 cats!)
This time of year is kind of a depressing, and sad time for me. But I will be posting about that in my next blog as I am going to go a bit more into it.

Long Time No Blog!

Hello Everyone, I know I haven't update in quite awhile. So I thought I would take time now and do that. So here it goes....

Weight Watchers is going O.K. was up 1.8 pounds this last week. Hopefully when I go on Monday I will be back down again! I will keep you posted though for sure... I hope! :)

Work is busy, I am working every day for a couple weeks as my boss is in Potlatch working in the mornings. So no lounging around for me! And plus now my dad is on "spring break-up" for work cause he is a logger. So he is home all the time now so I definately have things to do.

This last weekend was a BLAST for Terri, Denise, Clarissa and I. We went to Spokane and went shopping and stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn. It was alot of fun. We went to the Build-A-Bear Workshop in the Valley mall. It was so much fun. It was so cool to pick out your own animal and dress it. We even stuffed it ourselves by pushing the pedal. Mine was a bear and I dressed her in a Pink and black outfit along with a Hat! Her name is "Dottie" Here is a Picture of us all with our bears!

Then on the way home we saw a moose!! I love anything moose realated. This one is only my third one to see. The first two I was so mad at myself cause I usually take my camera with me EVERYWHERE. But didn't one day while going to potlatch. Well low and behold on the way home my dad and I saw 2 of them by the Mill that is near our house!! Here is a picture of our moose we saw coming home from Coeur D' Alene on Sunday!

Alright, here is my update! As more things happen I will keep you all informed!!!!! And Today I am working on Some Easter Cards for a Kids Easter Card Class I am teaching at the Moscow Paper Pals on March 15th. And I am also working on stuff for my Techniques Class I am teaching at the Pullman Paper Pals on March 16th!! This Techniques Class I will be doing every month and teaching 3 techniques every month. It will be so much fun, hope you join me!!!

Hello to all, I thought I would update everyone on my weightloss progress. Well I have lost a total of 6.8 pounds and its going pretty well actually. I lost that in the first week, and last week I gained 3 pounds, but was warned that I would because I had been sick and my body had to get back to normal. So I came home that night and wanted to quit and told my mom I wasn't going back, but I kept on it and went back last night and I had lost the 3 pounds.But today I have just felt icky (not sick icky, just icky!). And felt like going into a corner and hiding out and crying my eyes out. I feel like I will never find someone to love and to love me back. I know it's partly because of Valentines day coming up. But for me, its just an ordinary day. Just think of me as you all are out having dinner and things. I will be home veggin on the couch watching Survivor. I don't know why I feel like that but I just hope everyone has those kinds of days. Work is going pretty well, keeping me busy at the Post Office with working a little extra at the Scrapbook Store. I have been also transfering stuff (as in photos, and documents and etc,) to a external hard drive. I am thinking of getting another one, to have one for music and one for all my other stuff. Got my taxes and everyone else in my families done too. All sent off and just waiting for the money. hehehe I plan to get a shirt or two with mine, don't want to get too many new clothes cause I hope to lose more weight!! Alright, I better get going and decide what this family is having for dinner!!

So Weight Watchers was last night. And the meeting was good but the best part for me was after being sick and having a rough week last week..... I lost 6.8 pounds!!!!!! I am actually kind of proud of myself! Alright, back to reality now and back to the daily grind!!!

Hello! How is everyones week going? Mine... Well I won't say what I wanna say on here. But mine was Crappy! I have been sick since monday. Its started in my chest and is still lingering in my chest, and sinus's. I sound alot worse that I feel today but still don't have too much energy. Then on friday my brother called to say a friend of his and a guy well known in Potlatch died up working in the woods friday. So we have been dealing with that as well. Its kind of a tragic story. My brother will be an honorary pall barer. So you never know whats going to happen to those you love or yourself. So tell those you love and see that you love them and when you can spend an extra minute with them. Do it!

Tomorrow is Weight Watchers for Terri and I. So we shall see how bad of a week it really was. Being sick I ate really good for the W.W. but didn't get in the exercise I wanted as everytime I tried I would start coughing and gave up!! So say a prayer for me that at least I didn't gain!!! hehehe.

This week has been a life changing week, I began working out to the Biggest Loser Dvd's and they are working, I can feel it!! Also started a diet, which is Weight Watchers. Not doing any other diet but Weight Watchers. So I ask for all your support through out this journey. Weight Watchers is based on a point system, you can eat anything basically you want BUT you must figure out the points for that food. And you only have a certian amount of points you can eat every day based on your weight, exersize and a few other numbers. I am not asking for you anyone to tell me how to do it, cause I have done this process my whole life. But just be there in the bad and good times through out this.

Denise and I and her Sister Clarissa and her boyfriend Brandin went to dinner last night to Thai food and I was proud of myself I still had points left at the end of the day. Then we went to the movie 27 Dresses! Oh man I believe it may be on the top of my favorite movies!!!

Why is it that when we get older life gets so much harder?? Today I woke up fine and knowing I wanted to check on my brother because he hasn't been feeling too well. Well between my mom and I we keep trying to call him and he won't answer. So she finally sends him a text message on his cell phone to please call her. So what does he do... Text her that hes feeling a bit better and he is at home from work today. I instanly got a bit teary eyed, knowing he was home and not answering my phone calls. Many of you know the relationship I have with my brother and I love him so much. Andmost of you know the reason we are so close. But now he has moved out and it seems like communication is a not a word in his vocabulary!! But I believe there is a person that is also causeing this change in him. So those of you with brothers that are older and things does this normally happen and for him not to come visit his parents is not like him as well. He used to bring his laundry up and spend the day but now.. He has a washer and dryer in the house he is now living in. As I type this he is now texting me on my phone. So I guess I got worried for nothing... But as many of you know the story... I worry about him.

Sorry to vent to you but..... Didn't know what else to do to get it off my chest!

Winter Time Again!

I got up this a.m to snow! I went out by 9am and took some pictures with my camera. And through out the day shot some more. Even took my camera down to Potlatch with me and stopped along the way and shot some great photos. So I thought! I made up a couple of collages for you to see! Let me know what you think. Would love to have Karen or Shawna show me some tricks with my camera when they may have a minute!! I think I do o.k. with a camera, tell me what you think?? Where is mine at? Lately, mine has disappeared! So if you happen to come accross it can you please tell it to come home and help me out!! I think part of my lack of motivation to do anything crafty is because I have worked most of december at the Post Office and its the busiest time of year. Plus, my bedroom is where my craft table is and its COLD in there this time of year. But I know thats no excuse. I always have a hard time this year with anything and motivation to get my crafting done is one of them. But my other motivation has gone out the window! Today was the first day in a few weeks I have had to just relax, and I did that. Knowing I SHOULD be working on class samples, I just couldn't do it. If I wasn't snuggling with the dogs, or doing the household chores. Or even over visiting my boss and getting our mail, I was crying, just sitting there crying for no reason. Knowing deep down that I was just having a blah kind of day and also knowing I have a Paper Bag album that I NEED to get done asap for Paper Pals. My emails have piled up even, I have my graphic stuff and haven't touched it in a few weeks. So everyone, I promise I will get my stuff completed, just give me a day or two to find myself again!! And if anyone has any ideas on how to get me motivated or wants to help, please feel free!! What are some of your ways you get motivated??

My New Years was good, I stayed with Denise and we had planned to watch some movies then go out at about 11:00pm to see who was out and about.... But I think I am getting old! I was asleep by that time and we were both in our pj's! So we didn't go anywhere!!

On a Better note, I bought myself a new digital camera!!! Its a Fujifilm S700. And I am happy and excited with it!! Now hoping I can get more into Scrapbooking now that I have a nice camera to take pictures!!! Anyone up to going out sometime and snapping some pics with me?? I love just going out and doing that for no reason at all. Here are a few that I have taken with it so far!

A Look at Christmas With My Family!

The Stockings were hung and filled with lots of goodies, The presents stacked not only under the tree but all over! Food deliciously prepared and lots and lots of family and friends to enjoy it all. There was 26 of us in my grandmothers house Christmas Eve, and I enjoyed almost all of it! Wishing I still had a few family members and friends alive to share it with me. But it was so good to see everyone and even see alot of them smile and enjoy themselves! We began at 5pm with dinner of Homemade chicken and noodles and Oyster Soup. With plenty of fresh veggies, crackers and meat trays and sweets galore!!! Then we Started a new tradition this year, Granny usually opens gifts last, so before we all headed off to Church which was at 7pm, she got to open her gifts (but that didn't mean she could miss church!!). In our family its always been that if you want to open you presents you had to go to church. Then off to church we went. After church we came back to Granny's and opened gifts, starting with the youngest member who is only 1 year old! And ending with the oldest who is.... almost in their 70's, remember Granny went before Church so thats not counting her!!! After everyone was done, more goodies were brought out and shared by all. Even the Cheese ball which is only a christmas thing!! Then Stockings were handed out by the kids and opened. Slowly after that we all dissappeared to our own homes. We got home here at about 11 pm. I have to tell you about a gift I recieved, It was given to me by my Aunt, who if any one knows my story, knows the situation with this aunt. But she gave this present and said that there is a specific reason she did. It was the 25th anniversary Carebear. It was Tender Heart Bear. Here is a description of it and a Picture of it as well!

Here is is.....one of the Care Bear 25th Anniversary bears. It is Tenderheart bear and he is approx. 13 inches (laying down) and a beautiful white with silver accents. His nose and tush heart are shiny silver and his tummy hear and hearts on the bottom of his feet are silver as well!!! He has Swarovski crystals in his eyes!He is super soft....the texture and style of the comfy bears. This is a limited edition bear...great for collertors and great to hug!!

Ok, now the reason! She said that when she saw it she had to give it to me because I have to biggest heart of anyone she knows. Made us both cry!! It means so much to me, this is probably to most meaningful gift I got this year!!

Christmas Day was a different one for my family here, my sister had to work and now that my brother has moved out, he said he would show up sometime, so when my parents and I got up in the am, we opened out gifts, just the 3 of us, when usually its all 5, it was a little sad but times have to change.... Right??? Then off to Granny's we went again for Brunch. We had a wonderful Brunch, but I didn't eat much cause I knew Denise, Clarissa and I were going to Thai food! So then Denise picked me up and off we went to Thai Food and then to the movie P.S. I love you!

Great Movie, a little sad but really hits home for me and very good for me to see! Then home I came and back to the normal life and work today!!

Oh my gosh!!! I just have to blog about this movie, Friday night Denise invited me down to her house to watch this. Its the first time I have ever seen the movie. And I give it a A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++!!!! We had been talking about having a night we were going to watch it, and now its happen and I am ever so happy we did!!

On another note, my mother, sister and I had our last craft show of the year today and did the best we have all year long at this one. It was in Potlatch and was a very small one. But was well walked through and had good buyers!!! I even came home and did a coaster set for a gal who wanted one with white roses. So I did! For those who haven't seen my coaster sets, this is what they look like! Also, here is a picture of what my Rose coasters look like too. But I did the whole set in white!

Remembering Christmas Time!

This is something I have been working on for awhile!

As I sat at work today, all my work was done, just waiting for time to pass by and also, for people to come in and get their mail. Saturday’s are slow! But I began to look at December 2006’s Memory Makers. Mainly I take my older magazines and keep them. I have a HUGE pile that is stacked high of older magazines. Well anyway, I was looking it just to see different ideas. I came across some layouts that featured kids at Christmas time. I kind of got teary eyed thinking of how times where when I was a child and all our holiday fun we had. Boy now day’s kids don’t do that. We used to go to my grandparents land where my Uncle who passed away the same year I was born and pick out our tree. That was always fun, after we did that we would come back to Granny and Grandpa’s and of course they would have Hot Chocolate (or coffee for the adults) to drink. Our family is very close and always has been. (On my mothers side that is) We have many things we did as a family. We still draw names for Christmas. It used to be that the couples drew names of other couples. And all the kids’ names were put into a bowl and we each got to draw out another child’s name. It was so fun. Now we are ALL put into a bowl and pick out anybody we want. And some of our family doesn’t participate which saddens me at times. I know my Cousin Christi and her family don’t feel like they should. They hardly come over for holidays, well hardly at all. They live over by Elma, Washington. As she is a Ag Teacher there. I have so many fond memories as a child and Christmas time has always meant so much to me. And any of you that know me very well, know that Christmas is a big deal to me. Of course I have had a tough couple of years as I lost Ben and it was hard to deal with. But I think this year will be MUCH better for me… I hope. He meant so much to me and when we got together the second time around our first “meeting” was on Christmas Day of 2004. He even called me Christmas Eve that year to wish me a merry Christmas and he was so excited to see me the next day. I strongly remember what he was wearing, the car ride from the Casino (my mom took me that far and met up with him and his parents and I went with them to their house from there) to his house. What we talked about and more… Actually I stayed up there for about 4 days just being with him and his family. We spent every moment together. We went for walks in the snow that were marvelous because it was with him. And I remember everything about most Christmas through out my life. What always makes me laugh is Christmas Eve, we have done the same thing all of my 28 years. We go to Granny’s and eat and then get ready to go to church and the deal always was and is now even is that you must go to church to open your gifts. So when my cousin Derek was ill with the Chicken Pox on Christmas it was like rock, paper, scissors to see who was going to stay home cause we all wanted to stay home, but yet we wanted to open gifts as well. After my cousin Stacey and I would open gifts. Cause it would go from youngest to oldest. And when we were kids there weren’t too many before us. We would pick up all our presents and take them to my grandparent’s office and marvel at what we both got. It was fun. And of course funny now that I look back on it!! Kids, I swear!! Now I am an adult and it just doesn’t seem as fun at times. “The real World” sucks at times! But at Christmas time I tend to want to become this kid again!! I wish so hard that one day I will have a family of my own that I can show how fun Holiday’s are and all the fun things we can do as a family, like we used to do when I was young. I want to be able to establish good holiday traditions in my children. But of course I need to have them before I can do that. Maybe one day right?? Ha-Ha! As I sat and watched a few shows this weekend I was reminded of Snow, which will happen before we realize, we already have frost!! But I was watching Old Grumpy Men and the scene where they are making Snow Angels in the snow reminded me of when my cousin Stacey would come down and we would create Tunnels, make snowmen and just play outside for hours. Nowadays, kids don’t like going outside unless they are pushed out! We used to be outside and the perk was coming in and mom would make us some Hot Chocolate!! Oh the Good ol' Days!!!!

Ok, I know its been awhile since I last updated on my blog, I am sorry about that. By the time I go to do it I think... What I am I going to write about. So I thought I would update today. I am so proud of myself, I have 3 gifts left to by and I am good to go for Christmas!! Yeah, I am sure I will add some little things to certian people gifts from now until then. I have been taking my dad down to the Wound Clinic in Clarkston for some re-occuring wounds on his legs. So thats an early trip once every two weeks.

Thanksgiving for our family was good. We had my Uncle Don and my Granny up here on thursday and had the usual, Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Green beans, Sweet Potato Tarts and Gravy. And of course Pumkin Pie! Then on Friday we always go down to Granny's the day after Thanksgiving and have it then. So we went down and had Harvard Chicken Casserole, Green Beans, Potatoes and Gravy, Sweet Potato Tarts, Ham, Corn Casserole and Ambrosia Salad. With Apple Crisp and Key Lime Pie for dessert. YUMMY!!! My Cousin Christi and her 3 girls were here with us from Elma Washington. Was soo good to see them. Haven't seen them in a long time. And actually we were almost ALL there for Thanksgiving at Grannys. All 24 of us and there were 3 missing! Oh, and also on Thursday I completed all 85 of my Aunt Starla's Christmas Cards! Here is a Pic, I think they turned out Great.

Then on Saturday, My Aunt Starla and I put up my granny's Christmas decorations and Tree inside. We decorated her tree with a Peppermint theme. Will get a pic to show asap. This week has sort of become relaxed. But then again I am not going to say that too loud!! hehehe. I also got some pics of our snow today. This is outside our front door! And also caught our dogs infront of our stove!

Life has been so hectic the last few weeks! Been trying to get in gear and get ready for a craft show that is this weekend in Winchester. Mom and Dad are going down to that. So that means Terri and I at home all weekend…. ALONE!! Work is going well in both places. I have worked a few days at Paper Pals in the last few weeks which has been nice, its nice to refresh my memory on how to do things. Hope I didn’t mess it up too bad for you Karen! J I have only 2 classes this month at Paper Pals which I believe will be good due to Holiday season and it gets busy in the Post Office during this time of year. I have been working there like crazy. I am the only PMR in this surrounding area so I work in Harvard and Sandy, my boss (The OIC) goes to the other offices. I have worked in other offices as well but she goes and I stay and work at our little cozy P.O. Christmas will be here before we know it!! I have started a bit of shopping, got my mom done! But that’s about it. I have ideas though so that counts... Right?? I know being close only counts in Horseshoes. I have decided that when I am thinking of a memory or something that has happened in my past, I am going to start a notebook or probably a document on my computer that I can just write in. I had an awesome childhood and so many good, and some bad of course memories of it. Why not write it down and keep it. I know Where are the pictures and journaling, I will get there some day! Remember I am trying to get more into the scrapbooking, I am more of a stamper! I think what got me off to a slow start with Scrapbooking is I started with a very emotional scrapbook. A scrapbook for Ben. And now I am stuck!!

I have been trying to be around as much as I can for Denise; I know what she is going through. I have been there. I wasn’t as close to my grandmother as Denise was to her grandmother, her grandmother was like a second grandmother to me. I spent a lot of hours with Denise and her grandparents as we were growing up. My grandmother died suddenly in 2001, but the after effects we went through, I hope no one has to go through. If you wish to know ask me sometime when we visit in person. I did however have my grandpa Warren, my mom’s father pass way in 1992 and that was a major thing. He was so close to all his grandchildren and he died suddenly as well. But as we suffer all the losses in our families, we need to look at what we have now, the family that is still here and focus on them. I know Christmas time this year will be difficult for Denise and her family, Denise, I am here for you in any way you may need me. But focus on family here and grandma wouldn’t want you to be sad at Christmas time, she always knew what Christmas meant to you and how it was your favorite holiday. I know it will definitely hard to go through with out Dan and Grandma. We that are here, are ready and willing to help you through it. You have helped me in so many ways through the years, let me help you now! I probably haven’t been there like I should the last little while, I want to but never really know if you want me to or need me. We all go through the emotions and physical drainage of loosing those close to us, it being anyone close like a friend, or family. And some of us will still mourn the loss YEARS down the road. There are many things that will come about that will remind us of them when we think we have forgotten about them, or a smell, even a stranger somewhere will remind us of how they looked. I know I still see people that remind me of Ben for sure. And someone here in Potlatch has a pickup truck the same height, color and kind as he had. Every time I see it my heart starts beating faster. But then I have to come back to reality! And know its not him. I went with Denise this Saturday to talk to the guy who is going to Tattoo her in December. Makes me want to be there! I thought for sure she would NEVER get anymore, after her first one!! I have 2 and there are a few more I want, but I think my next one will be Strawberry Shortcake, any of you that know me, know about how much I love Strawberry Shortcake, the older version, not the new girl!!! And then of course I want a Dolphin, and many more. Not that I will get ANY more of them but the 2 I have now, I am happy with as well. I think its awesome what Denise, and Clarissa are going to get. I have a memorial tattoo for Ben and its my all time favorite. Though I know its not a tattoo that anyone else will probably EVER have. We took a fire helmet, dragonfly, cross and a banner with his name and dates on it and put it all together. I also seen a dragonfly with a Pink ribbon I thought of getting too. I don’t know!!!! So many decisions. But I won’t ever get one I can’t cover up. As working in places I do I don’t want that to reflect my image. Alright I have rambled on forever now I better go and get some work done! HA – HA!!

Craft Fair Time!!

Mom and I go to craft shows through out the year but this time of year is when we go to A LOT of them. We have one this weekend in Winchester, Idaho. Then in a couple of weeks we will be in Moscow, and then we have a couple in Potlatch. So if you are out and about come and visit us at one of these locations! And if anyone ever has any ideas for me on things I could make for craft shows, please let me know. I make coasters, magnets, cards of course, and notebooks. But always trying to find new ideas. Terri makes beaded bracelets now too. I am one that always waits till the last minute it seems though to get things stamped and going!! Ha-ha-ha. Mom and Dad picked me up some tiles so I made some coasters yesterday. Then as they sell I will go get more. These tiles are the smoothest I have probably had. Should of gotten more I guess, cause now when I go back to Home Depot they won’t have any this smooth again!! I also have made some Bath salts as well, that I will try to sell. They are so fun to make and mix the scents and colors! I have thought about those, and soap too. Not sure yet! I also have a few other ideas in mind too. Just gotta figure them out!! Hope to see you all soon!!!

I am sure everyone is like this, there is something you know you need to do, but find other things to do instead? Thats how i am today. I know I need to get into my room/stamp area and clean. But I was in the mood in the shower, got out went and got the mail (visited with the boss a little) came home and now POOF.... I am not in the mood!! Soooo......... I have decided no matter what, Tomorrow I am cleaning it. Probably part of the weekend as well! Its bad!! I want to get in there and see what new things I forgot I had! hahaaha But anyway, Today I am going to a friends house that lives close by to visit, she called in the mist of the mood change and wants to borrow some punches. So here in a short bit I am going to head up that way! I worked on a few graphic lessons and just relaxed. Ok So I am off for a bit to get ready to go visiting... so I don't have to clean. hahahaha.

Finally.... I am able to title my blog posts!! Dumb me had it turned off. hahaha.

This time of year is the time of year I love... Christmas is just around the corner, family is near and the weather is cooler!!

Today, I spent awhile at Paper Pals and gave Karen some class proposals for November!!! Then off to Wal-Mart and I stopped off at Michaels too just to look around. Then home is where I ended up!!! It was so nice to visit with Karen today. We don't get to do that very often!! Love ya Sista!!!

Please say a prayer for Denise and her family as much as you can. Her grandmothers health is not good at all. Her grandma is like my 2nd grandmother. Love you like a Sister Niece!!!!

Ok, Life is better now! Friday Night and Saturday after work I went to Paper Pals for a ScrapPink crop. That was sure fun, what a fun way to get away!!!! Today is just veggin at home. A little bored... Yes! hahaha But its nice to do every now and then. My family went to 4 funerals in a week. WOW, What a week! Hopefully everyone around us will stay well! October 1st for me always marks when I can start listening to Christmas Music. YEAHHH!!! I actually started today, It helps me get in the spirit and get things done!!!

Well, You know the saying God only gives you what you can handle?? Sometimes I wonder how much he thinks I can handle, Honestly!! At times I think I am going to have a mental breakdown from things. In the last 7 days our family has had 3 close family friends pass away. One of them was yesterday, if any of you heard about the Wreck on highway 12, Karl Hoidal was killed. He was a very close friend of my brothers, so right now I am watching my brother awfully close as he is having a hard time with this. We never think it could happen to us, well wrong anything can happen, I am living proof of that! I have been through some things in life I hope NONE of you have to go through cause it SUCKS!! Anyway, Last night I worked on my class I have tonight and also finished up a Coffee Recipe Swap I am in and a Chipboard Coaster Swap. Well see what kinds of goodies I get back!! I am off to work now at the Post Office and then on to Paper Pals tonight to teach my Fall Cards Stamping Class!!! Have a good day everyone!!

Hello to all!! So long no posting for me! hahaha And the question is..... What I have I been doing??? Well let see..... I have been working here and there at the Post Office. Working on some Graphic Classes that I am doing online that is fun. Had to reformat my computer this last week so its all nice and clean now... for now anyway. I also got a perm in my hair today. I am going to show you a picture, now don't laugh, cause they are always very curly for a few days after wards. And mine is VERY curly!!

Besides that, I have been at home working on a few class samples for October. Hopeing to get them done this week. Also, I will be scrapping on Friday and then again after work on Saturday. Can't wait!! It will be lots of fun I think!! :) Of course its always fun Cropping at Paper Pals! Tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday I am working at the Post Office. And then also on Wednesday Night I have a class. Fall Card Stamp Class. It should be fun!!

Oh my!!! Keith Urban was VERY COOL! Was so worth everything and anything!!! Other than that My life is about the same! I am excited I get to work during the day at Paper Pal's in October which I hope I will do good. I am sure I will! And I have a few more hours at the Post Office I found out today also, So I am ready!! hahaha Also, if anyone likes Saurkraut and German Sausage. I know of a great time... LOGGERFEST. Which is September 29th, 2007 from 5pm to 8pm at the Potlatch Elementary School Cafeteria. Some come and join us for a great time. Its all you can eat for $6.00. You will get the above mentioned, plus MORE!!! And My Uncle is also selling items at this event as well. Saurkraut, Sausage, Salsa, BBQ Sauce (which is awesome), Horseradish, And Baker or Select Red Potatoes in 50lb boxes. All items listed before the Potatoes are all homemade, well except the Sausage If you would l ike more information. Just ask me!!

Well Since I can't get this to do a Title for my post. Grrr... if anyone knows how to fix that please let me know.

Any way! Our house has been full of what I call the "F-WORD", Which is Football!! Wanna get me going.. Turn football on when I am in the room. It has been a BIG thing for my family to watch and love football. I enjoy going and watching the games when my brothers, cousins, friends and so on were playing in it but other than that I could care less. Well My father seems to think that it needs to be on our T.V all the time!! I even came home yesterday and they were napping. So I thought woo-hoo no football. So I turned the T.V. on to a movie or something I wanted to watch and started stamping away. Low and behold in comes my dad, grabs the remote and guess what we watched.... FOOTBALL. So to make it somewhat a challenge for him I am rooting for a team he hates!! Go Indianapolis Colts... Peyton Manning is quite a cutie!! hahaha.

And guess who he is Good friends with.... Yep... KENNY CHESNEY.. THE MAN!!!!!!! Oh man if Kenny walked in the room I think I would melt!!!! :) Talk about a hottie!!

Thought I would UPDATE!!! Last week I spent house sitting. I love doing it but as you can tell in the photo's below, I was busy. Plus worked about every day at the Post Office. I was a little stressed. Discovered that I think I have a Hay Allergy, cause when I was up there I was VERY stuffed up in my sinus's. And it wasn't too good when I was in the Barn's with the Hay. So this week, I am glad to be home. Finishing up some Baby Announcements that I will deliever to the Mom to Be on Friday. While house sitting, I didn't have internet and about lost it!! hahahaha. This is the total of Animals that I watched. Give or take!

Ok, I had to write a short blog to let everyone know I am now addicted to........ Grey's Anatomy!! I kept telling myself I wasn't going to watch it, Well as of today I am not addicted to it. My sister Terri and I spent most of the day watching episodes of it, then I watched the rerun on Lifetime tonight. Talk about keeping you glued to the TV! It was the one with the bomb inside the guy. WOW!!! Better than E.R.! HAHAHA..... So Shawna, I am now a Grey's Anatomy fan!

Hey Everyone, so sorry I haven't updated in awhile. I have been feeling well actually like Crap!!! You can enter the other word if you wish!! I have been just having a heck of a time. But I do hide it very well just so you all know... You won't know when I am feeling crappy. But have been busy as well. Took some class samples in to Karen today.. Hope she likes them, I know I had fun making them! I then got in my car.. Nervous of course and headed off to Pullman to teach Girls Night Out Cards. You all know I get nervous before I teach, and I did today too. But I started teaching and it flowed so nicely and after it was all over, I discovered I wasn't nervous at all during the whole class, I was so proud of myself!!! Also... Shawna and Karen wait till you see the after class Sales... I am proud of that one too!!! I sold a Crop-a-dile and we didn't even use it in the class, I did however work it in the class on showing them other ways to punch holes and set eyelets. And Hilary is so awesome to work with, Though I was a bit sad not to get to see Shawna tonight but Hilary and I chatted up a storm anyway!! I was great and I left Paper Pals with a Big Smile!!! Its my happy place, I can be so crabby and grumpy but I step foot in there and it all goes away. Thanks so much ladies, you all are what I need in my life. I am so glad to be a Paper Pal Girl and Karen I wish you many more good years in the business as well. What an acomplishment. I had a business and couldn't make it but I am so proud of you!!!!

This last weekend I house sat for some wonderful People, so I had no internet... Poor me!! hehehe So if anyone ever needs a house sitter look me up! I do have refrences. While house sitting Denise came and we scrapped and had dinner, I made chicken with a fabulous rub on it! I have been working on class samples, baby announcements, my graphic classes, and working a the P.O. as well!! Along with everyday life. So heck I am not busy at all!! :) hahaha. I have been taking pictures and made a collage of some photos I have recently taken. I took some pictures while housesitting, some at home, Some of our Pastor's sunflowers that are in his yard, and Some Inspiration.... Paper Pals stuff!!! :) Here's the Pics!!!

My Head is Spinning!!

My Head is Spinning of Chaos!!! Most of today was spent looking on many sites, especially Splitcoaststampers and Twopeas to try to get ideas of possible classes for September and October. I have come up with a few. I know, I always come up with too many. But in my thoughts i would rather come up with too many than have Karen or Shawna come to me and say, "Hey Janie we need more class proposals!!" So Now I am going to be writing up these class proposals tonight and tomorrow so I can try to be early with something!! hahaha I just hope you all like the ideas I have come up with for classes!! If anyone ever has any ideas, please share them with me also! I have also found my new addiction also!!

They are Blue Bunny's Jolly Rancher Ice Pop, I bought out the local Grocery Store and now I am not sure where I might find them at. If anyone see's these let me know!! They are SOOOOOOO very yummy!! I found them in Athol last year while seeing Bill and Margaret and when I find them I get as many as I can! They are Watermelon, Green Apple and Lemon combined.

Today I also started up my Graphic Lessons again, I really enjoy doing them, Its amazing what you can do with pictures, and graphics. I also just got Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0, so if anyone knows any tricks with that, please share with me!! I am in 4 or 5 groups on Yahoo Groups that I am learning Graphic Design and during the summer two of them take off for a month. So I am starting one up again and on lesson 51 of 130! And the other one just started vacation yesterday untill the end of the month. I am also testing for a digital scrapbooking group that will also have lessons. I have done a couple of pages, Here is the first one I did, its of Ben and his parents:

How often do we really sit and think of how Music plays an important role in our lives?? Well I was thinking about this as a certian song was playing on the radio coming home tonight after my class at Paper Pals and realized that Wow how true is this song of my past. The song was

But as I look at these lyric's, its so true and as I get older, I still listen to all the music I did when I was young.

My first Concert was New Kids on the Block, and I must admit I still own a CD of them!! But I have gained interest in many others as well. It just shows how much our times have changed for sure. I am one that listens to lyrics and really get into the songs. I was raised on Country Music and still love it... As a matter of fact, I tell everyone that ONE day Kenny Chesney will be my husband... He just doesn't know it yet!! Oh man, I wouldn't kick him out of my bed for eating crackers!! hahahaha I kind of got out of the classic country music untill Ben I and got together, now I own lots of it again. And it drives my sister crazy... Hey thats at Patsy Cline song.. Crazy - LOVE that song!!! Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw (oh baby!!), Keith Urban, Reba McEntire, George Strait, and Terri Clark are on the top of my list. I wish I could look like Terri Clark, shes a beautiful woman!!!

Anyway, I feel Music plays a big part in our lives and I take alot to heart and alot of it has been apart of either how I have grown up, or living my life. So take a minute when listening to music (the stuff you can hear the words to) and just realize what its telling you and how you can use it in your life or see how you can relate to it.

My Weekend!

Well my weekend was a good one, I of course had to work Saturday Morning at the Post Office. And it was a busy day at the P.O. but all is well there!! Here is a comic that was in the paper today that Denise emailed me. I find it funny as the "Forever" stamps have been kind of a pain at the post office!!

After work I went to a baby shower for a good friend, well she was my "daughter" when she was in Jr. Miss here in Potlatch. She is an amazing girl and I am so blessed to have Laura still in my life. We are close still and she knows that she can come to "Mama Janie" anytime for anything and she pretty much gets it. hehehe. I am in the process of making her a tied quilt for baby Braedyn and also going to be making her Baby Announcements also, along with a mini album for her as well. I hadn't seen Laura for awhile as she was living in Boise with her new husband Matt. But I swear she is the cutest pregnant woman. She waddles and its sooo cute!! I hope she knows that I love her to pieces and always will. Love and Hugs to my Laura!!! After the baby shower I Then met up with Denise and went to a movie, we were going to go see the I pronounce you Chuck and Larry, but Denise's sister wanted to see Hairspray so I was of course all up for that!!! So we went and seen that for the 2nd time!! GREAT movie!! hehe. We got to talking afterwards, and thought that would make the cutiest Jr. Miss program, using the songs, dances and look of the movie. So I am going to mention it to the committee for sure!!

I am also including a picture from my little drive the other night that Terri insisted we take!! So here is the picture she is so proud of taking!!!! Its a little dark, but I am sure you can guess what it is!!

Terri and I decided the other night to take a drive up the road from our house. It was Fun and I took pictures of about everything I would see. I would tell Terri all of a Sudden.... STOP! And she would complain, you need to tell me a little bit ahead cause we were always backing up to take a picture of something!! So I have put them all in a Collage for you to see. Well this last Saturday Denise and I went to Potlatch Day's for awhile here in town, then we decided to go see a movie cause it was pretty warm outside so we went and seen Hairspray. I had seen the older version and loved it as well. But this one is Awesome!! I suggest everyone see it! That is if you like Musicals and those kinds of movies. hehehe. Now I just can't wait till its on DVD!!! I may have to get the older version as well! :) Its always the little things that make me happy!!

A Complaint Free World

Today when I got my mail, I recieved a brown envelope that I wasn't expecting. I had ordered these in March of this year. What was in it was the 25 bracelets that I ordered through http://www.acomplaintfreeworld.org/. What they are Purple Bracelets, it says Spirit and also it has the website on it. that you wear for 21 days... Well that is if you are complaint free for that long. You wear it and when you know you are complaining you have to switch it to the other wrist untill you can go a full 21 days without complaining. Won't this be a chore!! I haven't started yet! hahaha!!! Scientists believe it takes 21 days to form a new habit and complaining is ahabitual for most of us. The bracelets are a powerful tool to remind you of how well you are creating your life with positive intention. Here are the suggested rules:

1. Begin to wear the bracelet now, on either wrist

2. When you catch yourself complaining, gossiping or criticizing(its ok, everyone does) move the bracelet to the other arm and begin again.

3. If you hear someone else who is wearing a bracelet complain, you may point their need to switch the bracelet to the other arm; BUT if you're going to do this, you must move your bracelet first!

Life is Good!

I have been reflecting on my life and realize, you know I have an awesome life. Parents that are the Best and I love them so much. A brother and sister that I wouldn't change for the world. And as I sit and visited with my Granny yesterday I realized that she is so much my Hero, not only is she an awesome grandmother, but a wonderful Mother, Teacher, and just a Angel on Earth! My Extended Family is just awesome, I love you Bill, Margaret, Stacie and Angie and kids! Even though I am not technically family, I am in my book!! I have great FRIENDS - ALL MY FRIENDS ARE THE BEST! And wouldn't ask for better ones. Denise always remember You are at the TOP of my list!! Love ya Niecer Bob!! Love my fellow employees of Paper Pals. To Karen and Shawna - You guys are the Best, not only are you awesome at your jobs but awesome women to know!! I hope in my life I can take a piece of each of you and intergrate in to my everyday life. I hope you both realize how I really do look up to you and you guys mean alot to me. You have both taught me so much. And I know now I can teach classes and it won't hurt me!! :) Love you Gals!! My Boss at the Post Office is awesome, she is always there to lend a helping hand and a shoulder to cry on!

I know this past weekend was a tough one, but I made it through and know that Life is Good! And if I am having a bad day or even moment I have many people around me to help me get through. I am so Thankful to have you all in my life. Wish I could show you all how greatful I am to know each and every one of you.

Wireless Internet!!!

I am now a VERY happy woman!! We now have Wireless Internet in our home as of about 1pm today. Talk about being very happy. Now I can watch video's online, see large photos. Before I would go well I am sorry I can't look at your photos online (right Denise) because I had dialup and it took AGES to see anything!!!! I am so in love!!! Now I can REALLY look at peoples myspace page's and seriously make mine better now!! :) Hope everyone is having a good day as well!! Off to make Dinner now, will write more later!!

July 14th....

Its that time of year again. 2 Years ago tomorrow I lost my soul mate. Its been a rough 2 years let me tell you. I try to keep myself busy and my friends and family have been wonderful. Thank you to each and everyone of you for that. I Miss my Ben and always will miss him. Here are a couple of pics that I added too for a class I am taking on Graphics.

He was a Wildland and also a volunteer Firefighter. His dad is also, still volunteering at a station near their home. During this time of year Ben would be busy with fires and it would be days, weeks, sometimes months where he would be gone working. But he loved it so much. I keep thinking if only he was here...... Miss and love you sweetie....
